Ned is a brilliant young developer from the Philippines and is primarily interested in building stuff for the web. He is a part time developer for the V Programming Language and has been a part of several important projects such as:
- The V Language Server - A custom-built language server that implements the Language Server Protocol by Microsoft and enables autocompletion, hyperlinking, reformatting, and other useful features for V.
- vpkg - An alternate package manager for V that is decentralised and independent of VPM.
